The short version

• We collect what you give us through our forms and newsletter signup, plus basic website usage data.
• When you introduce someone, we also receive information about her, and you confirm she agreed to be introduced.
• We use it to run the $100K Challenge, contact the people involved, and send our newsletter if you sign up.
• We never sell your information.
• You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Jonathan Graham and Daily Courage, LLC, 1930 Village Center Circle, Las Vegas, NV 89134 ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we handle information collected on dailycourage.com and through our forms.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, and your answers. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address.

Information about someone you introduce. If you introduce someone through the $100K Challenge, we collect the information you share about her, such as her name, contact information, and why you think we'd be a fit. By submitting, you confirm she knows about the introduction and agreed to be contacted.

Information from the person introduced. If she chooses to fill out her own profile form, we collect the answers she provides.

Website usage. Like most websites, we automatically collect basic information such as your browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site. We use Vercel Analytics for website analytics.

3. How we use it

• To review introductions and run the $100K Challenge, including deciding who made an introduction first
• To contact the people involved in an introduction
• To send our newsletter, if you signed up for it
• To improve our website and content
• To comply with the law

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run things, such as Typeform (forms), Airtable (organizing submissions), beehiiv (newsletter), and Vercel (website hosting), and only so they can provide those services. We may also share information if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it. If an introduction doesn't lead anywhere, we delete it within 90 days after the Challenge ends on March 31, 2027. If an introduction leads to a relationship, we keep only what we need to track the 24 months and pay the reward. After the reward is paid, we keep only the records the law requires, like tax forms, and delete everything else. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@dailycourage.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," and we'll do it within three business days.

Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@dailycourage.com. To delete your data, email hello@dailycourage.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We'll delete it within three business days.

If someone introduced you and you'd like your information removed, just let us know. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

California residents: You have the right to know what personal information we collect, delete your information, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We don't sell your data. To exercise these rights, email hello@dailycourage.com.

7. Children

Our website and the Challenge are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.

9. Governing law

This policy is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada (USA), without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules.
