The $100,000 Challenge Official Rules
Last updated: October 19, 2026
The short version
- Introductions are open from November 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, and it may close early if Jonathan finds the right person.
- You can introduce a woman you believe would be a great partner for Jonathan, with her permission, or you can introduce yourself. If that introduction leads to a lasting, committed relationship, the person who made it receives a $100,000 thank-you.
- This is open to adults across the U.S., with a few exceptions so the process stays fair.
- Tell us who you're introducing and why you think she and Jonathan could build something real. Every introduction needs her permission. Up front we ask for contact details, her photo, a short questionnaire (with the option to add a video), and a short essay.
- This is about real compatibility, not a competition. It moves the way any relationship does, from learning about each other, to meeting, to choosing each other over time.
- If Jonathan finds lasting love through this Contest, the person who had the courage to make the introduction receives $100,000. The Nominee never receives a prize, and neither does anyone who nominates herself, because no one should ever be paid to be in a relationship.
- Before anything is awarded, we confirm that everyone involved is who they say they are and meets the rules.
- If something outside our control disrupts the Contest, we may need to adjust, pause, or end it to keep it fair.
- By taking part, you agree not to hold Daily Courage or Jonathan responsible for problems that come from being part of the Contest.
- Your information is used to run the Contest, and it won't be shared publicly without your permission.
- If there's ever a disagreement, it gets resolved privately and one-on-one by a neutral arbitrator, not in a courtroom or as part of a group lawsuit.
- Nevada law governs these rules.
- The Contest is sponsored by Daily Courage, LLC, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- You can write to us after the Contest ends to ask who won.
This short version and the note below are here to help you understand the rules. They are not part of the rules, and if anything in them seems to differ from the rules, the rules control.
A note from Jonathan
I believe the world needs more love, and that love takes courage. For years I've told the people closest to me that I'm ready to build a life with the right partner, and The $100,000 Challenge is how I'm putting that out into the world in a bold, public way.
Most great relationships start with someone who cared enough to say, "You two should meet." That small act takes courage, because you're putting your own name and judgment on the line for two people you love. The $100,000 is my thank-you to that person. It is not a price on anyone, and no one is being paid to date me.
Nobody has to marry anyone. The woman who is introduced to me never owes me anything, and she can step away at any time. What I'm hoping for is simple: a real connection between two people who choose each other.
The rules below were written by attorneys to keep everyone safe and treated fairly. We rewrote them in plain words so they're easy to understand.
This note and the short "In plain words" summaries throughout are here to give context. They are not part of the rules, and if anything in them seems to differ from the rules, the rules control.
— Jonathan Graham

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. BUYING SOMETHING OR PAYING ANY KIND OF FEE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
PLEASE READ THESE RULES CAREFULLY. AS EXPLAINED IN SECTION 11, IF THERE IS EVER A DISAGREEMENT ABOUT THIS CONTEST, IT MUST BE SETTLED THROUGH ARBITRATION IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, ONE PERSON AT A TIME. IT CANNOT BE SETTLED THROUGH A CLASS ACTION OR A JURY TRIAL. THIS LIMITS YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES IF THERE IS A DISPUTE.
1. When the Contest runs
In plain words: introductions are open for a set window, and it may close early if Jonathan finds the right person.
The $100,000 Challenge, part of The Courage for Love Campaign (the "Contest"), begins on November 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT). It ends on whichever comes first: March 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. PT, or the moment a winner is selected and validated from people who have already entered, as decided by the judges (the "Contest Period").
The Contest is sponsored by Daily Courage, LLC ("Sponsor"). If Sponsor does not receive enough eligible entries, Sponsor may extend the Contest Period at its own discretion.
2. How it works
In plain words: you can introduce a woman you believe would be a great partner for Jonathan, with her permission, or you can introduce yourself. If that introduction leads to a lasting, committed relationship, the person who made it receives a $100,000 thank-you.
During the Contest Period, eligible people can nominate themselves or another eligible person to be introduced to Jonathan Graham by following the entry steps in Section 4. You can learn more about Jonathan at dailycourage.com/100k.
In these rules, a few words have special meanings:
- The "Nominator" is the person who submits an entry and makes the introduction.
- The "Nominee" is the person being introduced.
A few ground rules apply to every introduction:
- Consent comes first. A Nominator must have the Nominee's permission before nominating her.
- You can nominate yourself, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements in these rules. Self-nominations are welcome, but they are never eligible for the prize, because no one should ever be paid to be in a relationship.
- One nomination per Nominee. A Nominee can only be nominated by one person. If the same Nominee is nominated more than once, the first complete, valid nomination counts, and later duplicate nominations are set aside.
Here is how the process unfolds. Each Nominee is reviewed using the criteria in Section 5. From there, some Nominees are selected as "Potential Winning Nominees." They may be invited to meet Jonathan and take part in Contest-Related Activities (defined in Section 5). Jonathan will then choose one "Finalist" using the same criteria in Section 5.
If the Finalist stays in a committed relationship with Jonathan for 24 consecutive months after the Contest Period ends, she will be declared the "Winning Nominee," and the prize in Section 6 will be awarded. Every potential winner must be validated as described in Section 7.
By entering or taking part in this Contest as a Nominator or Nominee, you agree to these Official Rules and to all of Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.
3. Who can take part
In plain words: this is open to adults across the U.S., with a few exceptions so the process stays fair.
This Contest is open only to Nominators and Nominees who are individuals and legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Nominators who live in New York or Florida are not eligible. Nominators must be at least 18 years old. Nominees must also meet the additional requirements in Section 4.
The Contest is void outside the U.S., void in New York and Florida for Nominators, and void wherever it is prohibited.
To keep things fair, the following people cannot take part as a Nominator or Nominee:
- Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates.
- Anyone at a promotion or advertising agency working on the Contest.
- Anyone at a company involved in creating, producing, running, carrying out, or fulfilling the Contest.
- The Immediate Family Members and Household Members of anyone listed above.
For this Contest, "Household Members" means people who live in the same home for at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" means parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses.
This Contest is subject to all applicable laws. Void in New York, Florida, and where prohibited by law.
4. How to enter
In plain words: tell us who you're introducing and why you think she and Jonathan could build something real. Every introduction needs her permission.
During the Contest Period, go to www.DailyCourage.com/100k (the "Website") and follow the instructions. You'll identify yourself as a Nominator and nominate the woman you believe could be a great fit for Jonathan Graham.
Your entry must include all of the following (together, a "Submission"):
- Your name, street address, and email address.
- The Nominee's name, street address, and email address (if different from yours).
- A recent photo of the Nominee.
- A short compatibility questionnaire about the Nominee. The questionnaire includes the option to add a short video.
- A written essay of 500 words or fewer explaining your recommendation.
Introductions made any other way, including texts, DMs, or email, do not count for the prize.
You may nominate yourself if you are an eligible Nominee, but a self-nomination is never eligible for the prize (see Section 6). Otherwise, you must have the Nominee's permission to submit an entry, including permission to share a recent photo of her, and for us to contact her. You may only nominate one Nominee, and a Nominee can only be nominated one time; if she is nominated more than once, the first complete, valid nomination counts. Your entry must be fully completed. Incomplete Submissions will not be considered.
Who can be nominated
In addition to the requirements in Section 3, a person can only be nominated as a Nominee if she:
- Is a woman who is at least 25 years old;
- Has never been convicted of a felony; and
- Is single (not married or in a committed relationship).
What every Submission needs
To be considered, a Submission must:
- Be in English;
- Be the Nominator's own original work;
- Not have been published or produced anywhere before;
- Not violate anyone else's rights, including by using someone else's copyrighted or trademarked material;
- Not contain anything defamatory or demeaning;
- Not include obscenity, pornography, profanity, racist or offensive themes or language, dangerous or offensive activity or behavior, or anything that exploits anyone in a sexual or violent way; and
- Be appropriate, as decided by Sponsor.
If Sponsor decides, in its sole and absolute discretion, that a Submission is inappropriate or does not follow these Official Rules, it will not be considered and will be disqualified.
By sending a Submission, you agree that:
- You have the Nominee's clear permission to nominate her in this Contest and for Sponsor to contact her about it; and
- You have clear permission from anyone else named, shown, or identified in your Submission to share their name, image, and other information with Sponsor for this Contest.
Keeping it fair
There is a limit of one entry per person, per email address, and per household. If anyone tries to get more entries by using different email addresses, identities, Submissions, or any other method, that entry will be void. Using any automated system to take part is not allowed and will lead to disqualification. Your phone carrier's message and data rates may apply.
Sponsor may disqualify any entry or participant that, in its sole discretion, it believes violates these Official Rules or the Website's Terms of Use, does not fit Sponsor's image, or shares messages or images that conflict with the positive image and goodwill Sponsor wants to be associated with.
False or misleading entries and Submissions, and any made by script, macro, or other automated means, will be void. They will make the participant ineligible and may also keep that person from entering Sponsor's future sweepstakes, contests, or other promotions, at Sponsor's sole discretion. Incomplete, unreadable, or unclear Submissions will be disqualified.
Taking part in the Contest means you understand, fully agree to, and accept these Official Rules without conditions.
5. How Nominees are chosen
In plain words: this is about real compatibility, not a competition. It moves the way any relationship does, from learning about each other, to meeting, to choosing each other over time.
The Contest is judged in three stages.
Stage one: Getting to know the Nominee
Each Submission will be reviewed by qualified judges or methods using these criteria:
- How well the Submission shows the Nominee's potential compatibility with Jonathan Graham;
- How realistic it is for the Nominee and Jonathan to build a long-lasting relationship; and
- The Nominee's potential interest in a long-lasting relationship with Jonathan.
Stage two: Meeting in person or virtually
The Nominees who score highest on these criteria will be invited to meet Jonathan, virtually or in person, one or more times, as decided by Sponsor and the judges. Each of these meetings is a "Contest-Related Activity." The Nominees chosen for Contest-Related Activities are "Potential Winning Nominees."
Sponsor and/or Jonathan decide how many Potential Winning Nominees are chosen and what kind of Contest-Related Activities take place. These may happen during or after the Contest Period. During these activities, Jonathan will consider Potential Winning Nominees using the same criteria above.
Every Contest-Related Activity will follow acceptable social standards and take place at a public location, date, and time chosen by Sponsor and Jonathan at their sole discretion. Sponsor will decide on, and pay for, any travel, lodging, meals, and entertainment for a Contest-Related Activity at its sole discretion.
Stage three: Choosing each other
After stage two, Jonathan may choose one Finalist from the Potential Winning Nominees. If Jonathan and the Finalist stay in a committed relationship, without a break, for at least 24 consecutive months after the Contest Period ends, as decided by Jonathan at his sole discretion, the Finalist will be announced as the "Winning Nominee," and the prize in Section 6 will be awarded.
A committed relationship means a partnership in which both people agree to be faithful to each other, build a shared life, and work through challenges together with love, trust, and open communication. It means an intentional, shared dedication to the future of the partnership, in both actions and attitude.
The Winning Nominee is not required to marry Jonathan Graham.
If Jonathan does not choose a Finalist, or if the Finalist does not stay in a committed relationship with Jonathan for 24 consecutive months after the Contest Period ends, no prize will be awarded.
If Potential Winning Nominees or a Finalist are chosen before the scheduled end of the Contest Period, Sponsor will announce on the Contest website that the Contest Period has ended.
A few more things about judging
Whether a Nominee nominated herself or was nominated by someone else does not affect how she is judged or whether she is selected. Jonathan Graham will be one of the judges and will select the Potential Winning Nominees and the Finalist.
By taking part in this Contest, you understand and agree that choosing a partner is a personal and subjective decision. You have no right to challenge, protest, object to, or otherwise dispute the selection or how it was made. You also agree that if a Nominee does not take part in any of the stages above, she may be disqualified. Sponsor may choose not to select a Winning Nominee, and not to award any prize, if the conditions in these rules are not met.
Dates are private. No date or other Contest-Related Activity will be filmed or recorded, and being recorded is never a requirement for taking part. Before a Contest-Related Activity, you may be asked to sign a travel and liability release.
6. The $100,000 thank-you
In plain words: if Jonathan finds lasting love through this Contest, the person who had the courage to make the introduction receives $100,000. The Nominee never receives a prize, and neither does anyone who nominates herself, because no one should ever be paid to be in a relationship.
If the conditions in Section 5 are met and a Winning Nominee is chosen, one (1) prize will be awarded:
One (1) Winning Nominator. If Sponsor announces a Winning Nominee, subject to the conditions in Section 5, the Nominator who submitted that Winning Nominee's entry and Submission (the "Winning Nominator") will receive $100,000 by wire transfer within five (5) business days after the 24-month anniversary, after the Winning Nominator completes any required paperwork, such as tax forms. A Nominator who nominated herself is not eligible for the prize. If the Winning Nominee nominated herself, no prize will be awarded.
Please keep these limits in mind:
- If no Winning Nominee is chosen, no prize will be awarded.
- If Sponsor tells any Nominee, including a Potential Winning Nominee or Finalist, that she is not the Winning Nominee, and she later enters a committed relationship with Jonathan Graham, no prize will be awarded in this Contest.
- No more than the stated number of prizes will ever be awarded.
- Prizes must be accepted as awarded, and Contest-Related Activities must be accepted as offered.
- Except as clearly stated above, all features of the prize and of Contest-Related Activities are up to Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.
- The prize and Contest-Related Activities cannot be substituted, exchanged for cash, or transferred, except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as these rules allow. If any part of a prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.
- Each winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other costs of accepting or using the prize or a Contest-Related Activity.
- Delivery of the prize will be arranged after the winner is validated.
7. Confirming eligibility
In plain words: before anything is awarded, we confirm that everyone involved is who they say they are and meets the rules.
Sponsor will contact each potential winning Nominator and Nominee after selection, using the contact information in the Submission. Each will be asked to complete, sign, and return, when requested, an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release, and tax forms.
A potential winner may be disqualified and lose the prize, and an alternate winner may be chosen using the judging criteria above, if any of these happen, as decided by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion:
- A notice to them is returned as undeliverable;
- They do not respond to notices, or do not return required documents or information on time; or
- They are found to be ineligible or not following these Official Rules.
If there is a dispute about who a Nominator or Nominee is, the Nominator or Nominee will be treated as the person whose name was on the Submission when it was entered. Sponsor may require proof of identity or eligibility for any reason it considers necessary to run this Contest under these Official Rules. That proof must be in a form Sponsor accepts, including government-issued photo identification. If it is not provided to Sponsor's complete satisfaction within the time Sponsor sets, the person may be disqualified.
8. If something goes wrong
In plain words: if something outside our control disrupts the Contest, we may need to adjust, pause, or end it to keep it fair.
If the Contest cannot run as planned for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Nominator or Nominee and/or change, pause, or end the Contest, including choosing winners in a way Sponsor considers fair and reasonable. Reasons include, but are not limited to: computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized interference, fraud, technical failures, human error, legal requirements, social media platform requirements, a pandemic or epidemic, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control that harms the security, administration, integrity, fairness, or proper running of the Contest, or if the Contest is compromised or corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise. Being included in that selection process is the only remedy available to anyone affected.
9. Limits on responsibility
In plain words: by taking part, you agree not to hold Daily Courage or Jonathan responsible for problems that come from being part of the Contest.
By taking part in this Contest, including as a Nominator or Nominee, and/or by accepting any prize or Contest-Related Activity, you agree to the following.
The "Released Entities" are: Sponsor; its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies; their advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their officers, directors, agents, representatives, attorneys, and employees; each of their successors, representatives, and assigns; and Jonathan Graham. You agree:
- That the Released Entities are not liable for any actions, claims (including claims by others), injury, loss, or damage of any kind that come, directly or indirectly, from or relate to this Contest. That includes entering and taking part in the Contest, and accepting, having, using, or misusing any prize or Contest-Related Activity;
- To fully defend and indemnify each Released Entity against any such claims by others, without limitation; and
- To give up all rights to claim punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, attorneys' fees, court costs, or any damages other than the actual out-of-pocket costs you spent to take part in the Contest.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
The Released Entities are also not responsible for:
- Entries, messages, or Submissions that are late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled, or unclear, however they were sent;
- Problems with phone systems, phones, computer hardware or software, or other technical or computer failures, lost connections, disconnections, delays, or transmission errors;
- Data that is corrupted, stolen, destroyed, accessed without permission, or changed, including entry materials;
- Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind caused by taking part in this Contest, or by accepting, having, using, or misusing a prize or Contest-Related Activity;
- Any printing, typographical, administrative, or technical errors in any Contest materials;
- A potential winner being unable to accept a prize or take part in a Contest-Related Activity; or
- A Contest-Related Activity being postponed or canceled.
The Released Entities are not responsible for damage to any phone or other device caused by taking part in, or accessing or downloading information about, this Contest because of a virus, bug, computer or phone problem, unauthorized interference, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control.
Sponsor may keep you from taking part in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it decides you are trying to undermine the honest running of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, fraud, or any unfair practice meant to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass other participants, Sponsor's representatives, or Jonathan.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE CONTEST WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHALL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
10. Your privacy
In plain words: your information is used to run the Contest, and it won't be shared publicly without your permission.
All information you submit will be handled consistent with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at dailycourage.com/privacy. If these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy ever conflict, these Official Rules control.
By taking part in this Contest, you agree that Sponsor and its agents and/or representatives may collect, store, share, disclose, and use the personal information you provide to run this Contest, and you confirm that you have read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor will never publicly share your personal information without your clear approval and consent.
11. Settling disagreements: binding arbitration and class action waiver
In plain words: if there's ever a disagreement, it gets resolved privately and one-on-one by a neutral arbitrator, not in a courtroom or as part of a group lawsuit.
Except where the law does not allow it, as a condition of taking part in this Contest, including as a Nominator, Nominee, or otherwise, you agree to the following (the "Arbitration Agreement").
Binding arbitration
Except as stated below, any legal issue, claim, or dispute that comes from or relates in any way to the Contest will be resolved through final, binding arbitration. This includes your entry or nomination, your participation in any Contest-Related Activities, and any prize offered or awarded. Except as stated below, you specifically agree to give up:
- All rights to bring a lawsuit based on such a claim or dispute;
- Any right to have such a lawsuit decided by a judge or jury;
- Any right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or attorneys' fees; and
- Any right to bring a claim as a class action.
This Arbitration Agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.). Any arbitration will be started and run by JAMS under its rules, including the JAMS Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards. If the dispute meets JAMS's criteria, you agree the arbitration will follow the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures. A judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court with proper jurisdiction.
Each side pays its own attorneys' fees. If you cannot afford JAMS's filing fees, Sponsor will pay all arbitration filing fees. If JAMS is unavailable, unwilling, or unable to run an arbitration under these rules, you agree the dispute will be resolved by another arbitration administrator that both sides agree on.
The arbitrator has the same power to award relief to an individual that a judge in a court of law would have. The arbitrator's award is final and binding. The arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, has the exclusive power to resolve any dispute about the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this Arbitration Agreement. That last sentence does not apply to the Class Action Waiver below. The arbitrator will give a written decision, and a court with proper jurisdiction may enter judgment on it. This Arbitration Agreement stays in effect after the Contest ends.
Damages waiver
You may not receive, and you give up all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket costs to take part in this Contest. You also give up all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Disputes that are not arbitrated
Even with the arbitration requirement above, you may bring qualifying claims in small claims court, as long as the case stays in that court and moves forward only for you as an individual, not as a class or representative case. Those claims are limited to the maximum amount that small claims court allows and are subject to the Damages Waiver above. You may also have the right to ask a court for injunctive relief, but you agree that any such lawsuit must be brought in a federal or state court in Las Vegas, Nevada, and you permanently agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
Class action waiver
To the fullest extent the law allows, you agree to bring any claim or dispute, whether in arbitration or in court as these terms permit, ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION OR COLLECTIVE ACTION. No claim or dispute may be brought, heard, or arbitrated as a class or collective action (the "Class Action Waiver"). The arbitration will decide only the rights and responsibilities, if any, of the parties involved. It will not be combined with any other matters or joined with any other cases or parties. The arbitrator may award any remedy a party is entitled to under applicable law, but only remedies available to that party as an individual. No matter what else this Arbitration Agreement or the JAMS rules say, only a court, not an arbitrator, may decide the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of the Class Action Waiver. This Class Action Waiver stays in effect after the Contest ends.
One-year time limit
You agree that any dispute, claim, arbitration, or action of any kind that comes from or relates to the Contest must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR of the event or omission that caused it. After that year, the dispute, claim, or action is barred, even if a law or statute would otherwise allow more time.
Waiver of jury trial
SPONSOR, MR. GRAHAM, THE RELEASED ENTITIES, AND ALL NOMINATORS AND NOMINEES, AND ANYONE ELSE TAKING PART IN THIS CONTEST, HEREBY WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JUDGE OR A JURY, except as provided here. Instead, all parties choose to resolve every dispute, claim, or request for relief by arbitration under this Arbitration Agreement, except as stated here. An arbitrator can award an individual the same damages and relief as a court, and must follow this agreement as a court would. However, there is no judge or jury in arbitration, and a court's review of an arbitration award is very limited.
Where arbitration happens
Any arbitration must be brought in Las Vegas, Nevada. You may choose to have it held by video conference, such as Zoom, or decided on written submissions.
If a court or arbitrator decides that any part of this Arbitration Agreement cannot be enforced, the rest of the Arbitration Agreement stays valid.
12. Governing law
All U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All questions about how these Official Rules are built, whether they are valid, what they mean, and whether they can be enforced, as well as the rights and duties of Contest participants and the Released Entities, are governed by Nevada (USA) law, without applying any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the rules stay valid and enforceable.
13. Sponsor
This Contest is sponsored by Daily Courage, LLC, 1930 Village Center Circle, Las Vegas, NV 89134.
14. Winners list
To request the names of the winners (first name and state or country), send a self-addressed, stamped return envelope within 60 days after Sponsor announces the Winning Nominee, or announces that no prize will be awarded, to: The Courage for Love Winner List, c/o Daily Courage, LLC, 1930 Village Center Circle, Las Vegas, NV 89134.
